PLEASE NOTE:  BOOKING CALENDAR OPENS WEEKLY, FRIDAY AT 5:00PM FOR THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY - SATURDAY .

- A confirmation email will be sent out prior to your scheduled appointment.

LATE 

​

- Appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes late and listed as a 'No - Show'.

CANCELLATION 

- Salon MM requires 2 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment.

- Failure to cancel an appointment 2 hours prior to appointment will be listed as a ' No Show ' indefinitely.

_  Any individual listed as a 'No Show' may only be serviced on available walk in days.

- Clients , as well as SalonMM stylists do not need a reason for cancellation of an appointment.

-Clients and stylists may cancel appointments via SalonMM.com, email, phone call or SMS text.

MONETARY 

- At Salon MM we are constantly expanding our services and providing the latest and best to our clients . Therefore, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

- Cash and/or mobile payments (Zelle , CashApp ) are  accepted .

please note: Zelle through credit union banks may decline.

REFUND POLICY

- All services/sales are final. AGE POLICY - Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
